Tinderbox have been announced as the first  FOREST FM BREAKTHROUGH ARTIST for
January 2008!

Tinderbox will receive regular airplay on Forest FM this month as the newly appointed 'Breakthrough Artist of January 2008'. The popular regional station will be showcasing some of the best of the South-West's acoustic talent over the coming months.

Paul Burke:
"Tinderbox are a fantastic acoustic band and we're proud to be working with them throughout January. They'll also be playing a special gig at The Verwood Hub on January 26th which will be a great way to round off the first month of Breakthrough..."

Tinderbox tunes have been aired regularly on Paul's Friday night 'Forest Folk' show over the last 12 months and the band have regularly performed at Paul's hugely successful 'Bournemouth Folk Club'.

They have also been lucky enough to appear live on Tony Warren's highly acclaimed 'Wired' session, a show that has appeared to feature almost everybody that has formed the cream of Dorset's acoustic music scene in recent times.
